Cancellation & Refund Policy

At MULTILIPI PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to provide complete transparency and flexibility to our customers regarding subscription cancellations and refunds. Please read the following terms carefully:

Cancellation Requests:
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to all paid features will remain active until the end of the period.

Refund Eligibility:
We offer a full refund for subscription payments made within the past 7 days, provided there has been no significant usage of our services during this period.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, partial use of the service, or for subscription periods outside the initial 7-day window. Fees for add-ons, custom integrations, or one-time setup charges are also non-refundable once services are delivered.

Annual Subscriptions:
For annual plans, please provide at least 30 days’ notice before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following term. Prorated refunds may be available if the request meets our eligibility criteria and is made within 7 days of payment.

Data Retention:
After cancellation, user account data will be retained for 60 days to allow for data export or account reactivation. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted from our servers, except where retention is required by law.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
