Keeping your account secure is essential—and MultiLipi makes it easy to manage your password. Whether you're updating it for security reasons or simply want a change, here’s how you can update your password directly from the dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide to Update Your Password

Step 1: Go to Your Dashboard

Log into your MultiLipi dashboard using your current credentials. Once you're in, you'll see the main navigation menu on the left.

Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings

Step 3: Access the ‘My Details’ Section

By default, you’ll land on the My Details tab under Settings. This section displays your profile information such as name, email, and country.

 

Step 4: Update Your Password

Scroll to the bottom of the My Details form where you’ll find the password fields.

  • Enter your current password
  • Then type your new password

Step 5: Save Changes

Once you’ve filled in both fields, click the “Save Changes” button. Your new password will take effect immediately.

Tips for a Strong Password

  • Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include numbers and special characters
  • Avoid common words or sequences like "1234" or "password"
